The ARMA Conference consultant is available to assist you to design, organise and facilitate your conference. Whatever the aims of your event, we can help you to create an ambience to enhance the experience of the participants, and successfully reach your specific outcomes We provide a logistics support team who are trained to meet your needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
After many years of experience running conferences our consultant knows that a large part of the success of any event is the ability to handle the unexpected needs that often appear during the event and require quick and effective responses - as well as solid pre-planning and preparation. Conference equipment such as white boards, flip charts, overhead projectors and video are all available. Office Services including telephone and fax facilities are also available.

We are able to look after all of your catering requirements for morning/afternoon teas, lunches, snacks and dinners.
Accommodation is available at KOKOKAN HOTEL.
